"Storying Training for Trainers (S-T4T)"
Storying Training for Trainers (S-T4T) is a proven reproducing church planting strategy that employs a training strategy that equips every believer, regardless of level of education or literacy, to effectively share the Gospel, disciple others, and start healthy churches.
Believers are trained to share their testimony along with the story of the Gadarene Demoniac. The two stories ‘hook’ the hearer with the believer and with Jesus by sharing the power of Jesus to transform lives. If the hearer wants his/her life changed by Jesus, then believers are trained to tell a simple story that covers the redemptive story from Creation to the formation of the Church. This is an easy-to-understand yet comprehensive presentation of the
Gospel. Once someone has heard this story, they are asked to make a decision to follow Jesus. If the hearer decides to follow Jesus, the believers are trained to walk back through the story with the hearer to make sure they understand what it means to place their faith in Jesus and to follow him in obedience. They are encouraged to be baptized and to join in fellowship with other believers (start a church).
Believers are trained to disciple new converts and to lead ‘storying’ house churches through Bible storying. Though believers are encouraged to craft stories based on the worldview of their particular culture, they are trained using a set of 21 biblical stories that cover the basic biblical truths for discipleship, church formation, and leadership development.
ST4T is a win-win situation as well. If at any point someone says that they are not interested in having lives changed of following Jesus, the believer is trained to ask the hearer if he and his family or friends would like to meet regularly to hear more stories. Then the believer begins to disciple the hearer and his/her family through the Bible stories even before they become believers!
In this way, ST4T trains every believer not only to share their faith and disciple others, but it also trains every believer to become a trainer of others.

Could you edit the original message slightly. At the beginning where it says, "in Plano, TX we will have another", could you replace "we" with "e3 Partners Ministry" thanks.
